Ateneo de Manila University with its Ateneo Java Wireless Competency Center (AJWCC) conducted their eHATID LGU project Orientation-Training at Tuguegarao City on February 5, 2016. The eHATID LGU project (eHealth TABLET for Informed-Decision Making of LGUs) is one of the eHealth and CEST projects of PCHRD of the DOST with ADMU.

The main product of this project is the eHATID LGU application, a software application currently designed for mobile android devices. This application provides health information system and decision-making support to LGUs through its main feature called Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This system can function whether or not you have an internet connection. The application has an integrated functionality within the LGU and between Rural Health Units (RHUs) and other government entities. It also aims to conveniently provide analytical information about the health status of the local area.
